I have tried many, and this is the best eye makeup remover. No rubbing or tugging at sensitive eye area. It does an excellent job removing waterproof liner and mascara.

I have tried- and keep trying- all the eye make-up removers I can find, and always come back to this one, when I can afford it. It is SO worth the price, perfect in every way, I hope it never gets discontinued...
